To ensure that everyone has equal access to justice, TAC offers fee waivers for individuals facing financial hardships or other significant obstacles.

 

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, unemployment, underemployment, or other social or economic barriers that limit your access to justice, fill out our Fee Waiver Application and include necessary supporting documents.  Examples include tax returns, pay stubs, unemployment benefits, or a personal statements Then simply email your completed application and supporting documents to contact@theadvocacycenter.net or mail them to one of our offices. 

 

Our team will assess your application with sensitivity to your social and economic circumstances, and you will be notified of the decision via email.
